Meet the Founder and CEO
Natalie is an award-winning creative entrepreneur and has an international career of more than a decade in visual arts and motion pictures. She is a film producer and the founder of the award-winning Transition Stage Company, specialising in film and factual entertainment. Natalie also created a Script Development department with a digital database for writers' intellectual property, and is the creative director of the prestigious scriptwriting competitions 'Enter.Stage.Write' and 'Amplified'. The Enter.Stage.Write franchise is a screenwriting competition gala held biannually in Birmingham involving more than 1000 people nationwide from inception to end.
Natalie has received awards for her impact on storytelling and creating equality of opportunity within the creative sector. Seeing a deficit of diversity in the UK with stories and screenwriting that reflected the UK's black, brown, and regional experiences, she has platformed writers from diverse backgrounds through her prestigious scriptwriting competitions, with support from broadcasters such as Channel 4 and UKTV (BBC). Platforming these writers also allows her to find excellent stories to produce and monetise.
Natalie is an advocate for neurodiversity as she also has dyslexia. She feels that having some form of neurodiversity has allowed her to see the world differently, making her more creative and exceptionally good at problem-solving.
Natalie has a big vision for Transition Stage Company's working projects via co-productions and her in house team, seeking to create world-class factual entertainment and film production while also amplifying diverse storytellers and regional voices in the UK.
